Radhika Apte is an Indian film and stage actress. She is an Economics graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. She is associated with Mohit Takalkar’s theatre troupe Aasakta in her hometown. She is the daughter of Pune’s leading neurosurgeons Dr Charu Apte. She acted in many movies in Tamil, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi. She recently got married to her British boyfriend Benedict Taylor. Radhika met Benedict, a London-based musician, last year during her year-long sabbatical when she had gone to learn contemporary dance.
