Andrea Jeremiah (born December 21, 1984) is an Tamil playback singer, voice actor and a film and theatre actress. Beginning her career singing playback, Andrea has gone on to appear in critically acclaimed films such as Pachaikili Muthucharam and Aayirathil Oruvan, winning praise for her portrayals.

Andrea was born as the eldest child into an Anglo-Indian nuclear family in Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu. She was brought up in Chennai and graduated from the Women's Christian College. Her father is a lawyer at the High Court in Chennai, while her mother is a home-maker. She has one younger sister, who currently lives and works at Leuven, Belgium as a research assistant.
From the age of 10, Andrea was part of a Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the base of her early singing career. She was also a theatre artist in her college and appeared in several stage plays organised by Madras Players and EVAM. She also launched a company named The Show Must Go On (TSMGO Productions) to promote live art and artistes.

She later ventured into playback singing in feature films, too. After rendering a song in Gautham Menon's Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, she got an offer by the director to essay a lead female character in his next venture Pachaikili Muthucharam opposite R. Sarath Kumar, which she took up.

Pachaikili Muthucharam was a film adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed, with Andrea portraying Kalyani, a homemaker, whose husband engages in an affair and is blackmailed. Andrea was selected for the role after noted actresses Simran, Shobana and Tabu were approached. She subsequently received more offers to star in films, but the only project she eventually signed was Selvaraghavan's fantasy-adventure film Aayirathil Oruvan, which released in early 2010. In 2011, she agreed to play a minor supporting role in Venkat Prabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha, which was released in late August 2011. She will be next seen in a pivotal roles alongside Kamal Haasan in Vishwaroopam and Silambarasan and Rana Daggubati in Vetrimaaran's Vada Chennai.
